Because of the Brave 2019 Veteran's Day Celebration

In 2018, RCoM President Jesse Evans, Past President Judge Reuben Green and several members assisted with the formation of a new non-profit, Cobb Thanks You for Your Service. This organization mission is "To bridge our community generosity with the physical, emotional, financial and family needs of our neighbors who have served, or currently serve, in the United States Armed Forces."

In 2019, RCoM sponsored and provided financial support for the 2nd Annual Because of the Brave Veteran's Day Celebration. RCoM members helped in the planning and execution of a gala held on November 9, 2019. Proceeds from the event were used to fund special programs for Veterans on hospice care, Cobb Superior Court's Veterans Accountability Court and to fund a new account with Chattahoochee Technical College to assist Vets with job skills training and educational support.
