Public Relations Focus
This year our Marketing and Leadership Teams worked diligently to get more publicity for our club. We significantly increased our postings on the Vinings website as well as on Facebook, both our own page as well as the District 6900 Presidents' page. A blog was added to our website and updated periodically.
Huge effort was put into getting articles in the local and neighborhood newspapers. In the attachments below there are multiple pictures/articles that were included.
In July, 2014 the Rotary Club of Vinings had a table at the Vinings Ice Cream Social. Attendees could ask and receive information about Rotary and, specifically, about our club. We handed out bags of popcorn to attendees.In March 2015, we had a table at the Vinings Business Association EXPO, during which we shared information about our club and Rotary.
