Marietta Rotary Welcomes 6900 District Governor and Donates School Supplies

Rotarians in Action

Members of the Marietta Rotary club welcomed the District Governor of Rotary District 6900, Cynthia Dorsey Edwards, to the weekly lunch meeting on Wednesday August 26th. Cynthia shared her vision for the 2026/2027 Rotary year of service and impact and how as Rotarians we can create peace in our communities here and abroad through service. In addition, prior to the meeting, Marietta Rotary members District 6900 leadership packed boxes of school supplies and backpacks to be donated to Cobb Moms Helping Cobb. These school supplies will be provided to families in need in the Cobb and Marietta City School districts.
